Child-Parent Relationship Training (CPRT) is a parenting training program designed to help strengthen the relationship between you and your child. This program helps parents & carers learn the principles of Child-Centred Play Therapy (CCPT) and apply them in their everyday lives.

Through this parenting program, parents & carers are taught skills on how to build a different kind of relationship with their children by using play, allowing them to freely express themselves in their own way & pace. Parents & carers learn the skills on how to focus on your child, their feelings & their strengths rather than focusing on the problems & issues. This helps children to feel better about themselves and causes them to react differently, leading to a significant difference in their behaviours. With this training, it will be much easier for parents & carers to set limits & boundaries in daily life when required.

This program is for all parents and caregivers who have children attending any of our programs.
There are two options available…

Option 1: You can attend this training program by yourself.
Option 2: If you have a child or children aged from 2 to 6, you are welcome to bring them with you so that your child(ren) can attend Child-Centred Play Therapy Group while you’re attending CPRT training.
